Philippine Kalinga Headhunter Axe, Rare Weapon

Description

This is one of the most elegant yet menacing of all tribal weapons. Examples of this vintage and quality are very rare. The decorated handle is all original and features a profusion of cutwork and embossed sheet brass. In excellent condition with just one brass ring missing. The blade is very sharp and is as found and uncleaned. Custom metal display stand included. See photo of the kalinga warrior below carrying a similar axe.
